Yoga Nidra Comin’ at ya!! It’s been a while since we have gathered in person.

So here it is!!

Bring your Jammie’s and maybe a blankie as this is a not physical yoga… but sleep yoga!

One hour of yoga Nidra is equivalent to about 8 hrs of sleep 💤!

 

Think of it like this

👉🏻 a combo of guided relaxation, meditation, Yoga Nidra/NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), and subconscious reprogramming all in one!

Here are the details:

 

It's gonna' be a super casual approximately one hour long call (via Zoom) that includes a guided Hypnosis.

 

You don't even have to turn on your camera (unless you want to).

 

All you need is:

 

• Phone/Computer/Tablet

• Headphones/Earbuds

• Quiet Cozy Space

• Warm Blanket

• $20 to register
