The Neuroscience of Feeling It Real

The RAS: Your Brain's Manifestation Filter

Your brain doesn't distinguish between what's vividly imagined and what's actually happening. Neuroscientists have found that when you visualize an experience with enough sensory detail and emotional intensity, your brain fires the same neural pathways as if it were real.

This is why feeling your intentions in your body is crucial. When you don't just think about your dream home but actually feel the sunlight streaming through those windows, smell the morning coffee in that kitchen, and sense the peace in your body as you wake up in that space – you're creating neural pathways that make this reality feel familiar and safe to your nervous system.

Remember, your brain is wired to avoid the unfamiliar. If your dream life feels foreign or scary to your nervous system, you'll unconsciously sabotage it when it starts to manifest. But when you've already "lived it" through embodied visualization, your nervous system recognizes it as safe, and your RAS knows exactly what to look for.

  • Why Traditional Manifestation Often Falls Short

    Most manifestation teachings focus solely on mindset – think positive, raise your vibration, believe it's possible. While these elements matter, they're only part of the equation. Without addressing your nervous system and understanding how your RAS works, you're essentially trying to drive with the parking brake on.

    This is why you might find yourself:

    • Setting intentions that never seem to manifest

    • Feeling frustrated when your affirmations don't create change

    • Experiencing self-sabotage right when things start going well

    • Stuck in cycles of trying harder but getting nowhere

    The missing piece isn't more effort – it's understanding and working with your body's natural systems. We are going deep in this meditation to call in what you want, secure it in your mind so that you can recall it whenever you want to go into this meditation and “:remind your brain” We all have “off” days, and need to re-wire, remind ourselves who we are, what we are here for, and slip into that subconscious so we can sleep and re-set our brain…Hope you’ll join me!!!!
